I am trying to put together an IPA recipe with warrior, chinook, columbus, and simcoe. I'm getting 2 ounces of each. Was thinking something along the lines of this:
4# Light DME
3# Light DME as a late addition
2# of either corn sugar or honey - probably half of it as a late addition
8 oz Crystal 20
6 oz Vienna Malt
1.5 oz warrior @ 60
Then .5 oz each of chinook, columbus and simcoe @ 15, 5, and 0
Dry hop with the remaining hops. So .5 oz each of warrior, chinook, columbus, and simcoe
Either wyeast 1056 os S-05
Should I up the dry hop or change the hop schedule at all? I am looking for a very piney, resinous recipe. I'd be able to get more hops if I need them. I also have an ounce each of Citra and Falconers Flight that I could be persuaded to add. Although I'm not sure they would fit in with what I'm going for
