I brewed this over this past summer, meant to post this recipe which turned out fantastic.

All Grain - 5 gallon batch
Estimated ABV = 7.02%
Estimated IBU = 83.3
Color = 5.3 SRM
Brewhouse efficiency = 75%

Grain Bill
10 lbs 2 row (83.3%)
1 lb Caramel 10 (8.3%)
1 lb Vienna (8.3%)

Hop Bill
1 oz Magnum - 60 minute (49 ibus)
1 oz Mosaic - 5 minute (8.5 ibus)
1 oz Amarillo - 5 minute (6.4 ibus)
1 oz Mosaic - 20 minute hot hopstand/whirlpool (12.9 ibus)
1 oz Amarillo - 20 minute hot hopstand/whirlpool (9.3 ibus)
1 oz Mosaic - dry hop
1 oz Amarillo - dry hop

Yeast
Nottingham

Mashed at 148 for 1 hour. Let ferment out 2 weeks before adding the 2 oz of dry hops for 5 days. Kegged and carbed. Was pretty blown away with how juicy this came out. And the nose could take your head off!
Cheers and hope you guys enjoy this one as much as I did :mug:
