Hey Gang,
Just bottled my "Jonny Topper's" summerale today. First 5.gal. batch since 1996.Been using Mr. Beer 2 gal. fermenters to build up my pipeline with different styles.I have almost 9 cases of different styes of brews from pale ales to Wee Heavy's in various states of conditioning. Todays' bottling will end my production until probably the end of Sept. when I will break out the
fermenters again for some autumn/winter brews. The summeale recipe had:

6.6 lbs Munton's wheat Lme
1 1/2 oz Willamette hops @ boil(30mins),15mins,7 mins.
Added 1oz. McCormick Lemon xtract @ flameout.
used: 1 1/2 pkgs Fermentus wb-06 wheat yeast

I needed a light summerish tpye "Lawn-Mower" ale and I hope this
works out.At bottling it had a profound lemon taste with a lite hop
end.Hopefully it will mellow out until I try the 1st bottle on May 28th.
Wish me luck! Thanx

Welcome to the board! Looks like it'll work. If the lemon is too much now, it should mellow once carb'd up.

Cheers!
