My local Home Brew store closed and our Homebrew Club ended up with the left over grains and hops that resulted from the closing. We did a grab bag kind of thing to distribute the bounty. We agreed to brew something with the ingredients from our grab bag. (Grab bag did not include base malts.)
Below is a recipe that I would like your input on:

Upthewazzu, I agree. All I've read on getting a truly red beer is that it's difficult. I'm kinda limited with using the grains out of the grab bag. I'm more concerned about drinkability than color. I'm reading that carared does not do all it's advertised to do.
Should still be beer though...
