German wheat almost done with primary fermentation. Gonna cold crash w/isinglass or gelatin. Should I do that in the primary or rack to secondary fermenter?
Thanx, I'll do that, then I can start the next brew.Most folks here don't bother with a secondary anymore. Hit it with the isinglass or gelatin and bottle/keg.
It's a wheat, why bother clearing it?
