German wheat almost done with primary fermentation. Gonna cold crash w/isinglass or gelatin. Should I do that in the primary or rack to secondary fermenter?

Thanx, I'll do that, then I can start the next brew.

If you buy a couple more bucket fermenters with lids and airlocks you can start the next brew about any time you want and don't need to wait for one to be bottled. They aren't very expensive and when not in use can be stacked one inside the other so they take up less room.
