use brunwater, put your grainbill and water profile in and it will estimate your mash phThanks everyone for the replies! Do I add any lactic acid or wait and see what the ph is during the end of mash?

I did 7g of gypsum and 3g of cacl. My ph at the end of mash was 4.38.
Sorry it was supposed to be 5.38. I changed it
