Hi All, I'm currently brewing 5 gal batch, in a double burner on a stainless steel rack, and I chill with an immersion Chiller.
I just got me an Anvil Foundry (10.5gal) and a counterflow wort Chiller, and I will sell my current setup.
I want to setup a stand for my new brewing equipment, for the following equipment:
1. 10.5 Gal AF.
2. 2 electric pumps (1 for the wort, 1 for the water).
3. The counterflow wort Chiller
4. A 3 gal kettle for sparge water (I want to try sparging in the AF) and for chilling (I recirculate ice + cold water with good results).
5. Required hoses, all with camlock connectors.
This is the setup I designed, I really want to get tips and opinions in terms of position, how to fix equipment, height / distance, etc. from you before I buy materials and build the set. I think I'll use wood, since I can't afford a welder right now.
I appreciate the feedback.
Keep Brewing!
