"Betts Road Brewing" my wife likes to call us. I do HVAC/R and got called to a nanobrewery to fix their process chiller one day. I walked into this group of amazing people working at this very tiny brewhouse. I walked in the door and the smell of the mash immediately took my heart..
The master brewer there taught me all the basics to brew and bottle my first all extract ale. It was a simple SMASH with just some cascade hops and LME..
Since then my wife and I have brewed about 60 gallons in our home and it is our FAVORITE thing to do together.
I'm excited to be a part of this Forum because I'm still learning and there is so much knowledge on here..See y'all around!
