Hi, How are you doing? I am designing a recipe for a New Zealand Pilsner x5 with Motueka hop as the main aroma and flavor hop. I am still undecided on what hops to use for bittering. Would anyone recommend me some Hop type that goes well with Motueka, and also in what ratio should I put them?
I really want the Motueka aroma and flavor to stand out.
