    Riwaka Hops IPA?

    Heyo. Just got back from a trip to New Zealand, and ended up buying 400g of this hop. Its supposed to be pretty uniquely NZ so I I stocked up. They say its like Saaz although I'm not sure. So, anyone have any exp with this hop? I'm wanting to make a pretty big IPA with it, something around 7%...
