So, I was cleaning out the freezer yesterday, and I found a lot of hops I had bought with some recipes in mind. Now I can't remember what they were and I don't know what to do with them. I'd appreciate some style ideas for some of these if you could please.

8 oz Horizon
20 oz Norther Brewer
16 oz Chinook
13 oz Cascade

Don't have to all be in the same brew for sure and I have a bunch of other hops too.

Thanks!

You have tons of options. With that much hops, IPA/IIPA is an obvious choice.

My preference for total hops in these styles:

IPA = 6-9 oz hops per 5/6 gallon batch.
IIPA = 9-13 oz hops per 5/6 gallon batch.

You can make just about any American style beer!

How about
- a California common (steam beer) with 3 ounces of northern brewer.
- IPA bittered with horizon and cascade/chinook for flavor/aroma
- Janet's Brown Ale (already mentioned, but a fantastic beer!)
