Need Ideas

I have about 25-30 Lbs of Vienna Malt gifted to me by a pro brewer friend, and I need to come up with some awesome recipes to use it up.
I am currently making a Mocktoberfest to start it off, but still have lots left over.

Ideas? I also always have 2 row and Maris Otter on hand as well.

I have the ability to lager as well.

Also, I will buy whatever else I need as well, just not sure what type of beers would use a lot of Vienna. Ideas?

How about just substituting the suggested grains in recipes with Vienna?

Thats likely what I might end up doing, to use it up. But I was hoping for ideas like "Oh man you got vienna, you should totally make..." My first thought was Vienna Lager! But then I saw it actually uses very little Vienna, go figure.

Well i wouldnt be too much help since im still a rookie. How about going to a recipe page or a book and finding one that has a lot of vienna?
