Unless I use a turkey fryer, this is the most rapid boil I can get. The thermometer reads right around 212 and it never gets hot enough to hit hot break.

I can't watch videos on my netbook, so I can't see your boil.

But temperature doesn't matter at all, so you can ignore the temperature. I think wort boils at 208 degrees at my house, but at 200 in the mountains, and at 212 at sea level- so temperature doesn't matter.

What does matter is a nice rolling boil. You definitely need a rolling boil, so that you get a "hot break" and for proper hops isomerization. Many people get that with a turkey fryer, but you can boil hard on a stove maybe if you don't want to be outside.
 
That boil will do fine. Sure, it could be more intense, but it is boiling.
