Excellent. Tastes like a much bigger beer. You\\'d never guess it was under 3% ABV.
I brewed this one a few months back and have been enjoying it ever since. Perfect for having with dinner or for nights I know I'm going to want a 2nd brew but don't want too much alcohol. Next time around I might try to do this all grain, but it came out just fine as an extract brew.

•3 lbs Light DME
•10 oz Carapils
•10 oz Crystal 40
•10 oz Crystal 120
•8 oz Victory
•8 oz Maltodextrin – 5 min
•0.5 oz Fuggles – 60 min
•0.25 oz Simcoe – 60 min
•0.25 oz Simcoe – 15 min
•0.5 oz Simcoe – 0 min
