Maybe a bit OT, brew schools?

Anyone know of any schools that have brewing courses or certification programs?

The only one I've been able to find is Niagara College that's right over the Canadian border north of Buffalo, NY.

The others seem to be mostly online courses and I'd much prefer a hands-on program at the actual school.

This list of brew schools is mostly European saved for UC-Davis, the Niagara one mentioned above, and online courses.

So anyone have any other good info on these schools? Anyone attended any of the programs or online courses with some feedback on them?

I'm actually designing my own brewing history degree through Empire State College/SUNY (New York). Obviously not a technical brewing science degree, but my plan isn't to enter the brewing industry.
