It been awhile since I have been on mostly due to the fact I'm on a Canadian forum as this one is for the US. I find it hard to get stuff from US so the CA site just works for me.
That being said I have been very busy learning mostly about Millet malting and designing recipes to work. The brewing part is easy I fine but I finally got a malt that works for me. The hardest part was finding a millet supplier in Ontario but that is sorted out. I first germinate the seed until the acrospire is almost as long and the grain body and then start the drying process. More in the next post
