Can anyone recommend yeasts to me, please.
I am trying to brew all-grain MO, SMaSH and later with more added grains.....and trying to achieve a fruity, slightly sweet and aromatic taste in an ale type of beer. (I know most of these things depend on the hops too...but still I'd like to know what you guys think on the yeast side )
