Well hopefully the fifth time is the charm. I have had a few people offer to help design a label and then just drop off the face of the Earth and stop contacting me. Below is what I am looking for, if you have the skills your help is greatly appreciated.

When each of my children were born I brewed a big beer designed for cellaring. We will start tasting them on their 14 birthday and keep tasting until 21. I am looking for a low cost label and wondered if you'd be interested. It will be a holiday spiced strong ale for my son. This link is for the label I had done up for my daughter (https://www.homebrewtalk.com/f46/show-us-your-label-229144/index17.html#post2930359)
I would like a blue and winter themed label, nothing busy.
I am kicking around the idea of a classic pin up theme, and labels I like include:
The Bruery http://thebruery.com/beers/yearroundcollection.html
Odell http://odellbrewing.com/beers/
Phillips http://phillipsbeer.com/beer-fridge
And this one http://www.boulevard.com/BoulevardBeers/tank-7-farmhouse-ale/
If you want to pursue the pin-up idea this is what I was thinking:

There are some other details and text I would like to add similar to my daughter's label I linked as well.

I'll bite.

How is this for a start. This pinup comes from someone on Cafe Press so, I would just use this as an example. http://www.cafepress.com/+pinup_girl_christmas_small_poster,573939919

Maybe you can communicate with them to pay a fee to use it for your label.

I'm using Avery.com to make the label. Pretty easy and simple. I print the labels on presentation paper, cut with a paper cutter and then use milk to glue them on.

The other picture gives you an idea of the size of the label.
