Need help hooking up SIL to natural gas line

Hello,
my hubs and i installed a natural gas line in son in law’s garage a year ago. my hubs was the one who knew what to get in the way of gas hook ups, hoses, etc. Unfortunately he passed away a couple of months ago.

Son in law now wants to use the gas line to brew beer for the first time and I would like to get him fixed up as part of a Christmas present.

I promised hubs before he died I would do Christmas up right for the kids, and I want to keep my promise but need your help. Hubs would be super happy SIL was finally using the gas line that hubs paid for.

He has a propane Bayou classic, and a natural gas oraface (sp?) he hasn’t installed yet.

I am not opposed to getting him a new burner.

I am hoping some of you who are super familiar with natural gas can post Amazon links here to everything I need.

He would like about a 25 ft hose that would hook up to the gas line in the photos. also, any fittings, regulators, etc. i think there might be quick connect fittings which would be nice, but I’m not sure.

if a new natural gas burner would be better than trying to retrofit old one, that’s ok. I would prob do another Bayou Classic and would also like links to a nice single burner one.

Don't be intimidated, it's not all that hard. Worst case scenario, piece together stuff at the store.
I did see 24 foot hoses on Amazon. Typically they aren't that long, you'd have to extend the hard line closer.
