Is this Krausen or infection? It's lager yeast.

Looks like the Munich Helles I brewed last month on WLP860. I pulled a sample five days in and it had only dropped from 1.052 to 1.038. It had a big thick krausen on top.
 
Phew. It's a week in and I had pitched at low low temps. And kept it too cold. So warmed it up. Now that I have activity ill lower it.
