finally decided to take the plunge and start making some mead (maybe some ciders and beers too eventually) so I registered here to read up and hopefully do it right.

My name is Austin, I'm a 34 year old central Florida native based out of Daytona Beach. very well versed in whiskey, cigars, and firearms, but no experience fermenting (Yet). hopefully I can learn from you all and possibly meet with some like minded individuals and start making some tasty new brews.
