A free spreadsheet calculator which computes "initial ballpark guess" approximate F. and C. temperatures and temperature hold times whereby to nominally achieve various levels of sugar invert. Also computes initial ballpark presumptive Candi-Syrup times/temps, but beware that the two reactive processes (Invert, and Candi Syrup) are not the same at all. The processes are not discussed or provided. Be sure you know what you are doing and take all safety precautions. No guarantees. YMMV

Any help in improving the various hold times whereby to improve this effort is appreciated.
