Infection in my bottles...?

I just bottle carbed about 15 or 20 bottles, and they don't seem all that... Pleasant to the eye.

Looks like stringy little guys hanging from where the top of the cider is in the bottle. Normal? Anything I can do?

It was the Caramel apple cider... It was 1.5 cups of brown sugar and cinnamon.

Its probably the cinnamon.

Nope. Not yet... Just put them all in the fridge. Should I crack one open and try it? Minus the snotty/stringy bits....

I'm sorry. They should be fine. Ground cinnamon tends to
Produce that snot bit.

Doesn't taste half bad. Quite drinkable... that's for sure! Just need to hide the fact that there are floaties in it... heh
