I want to back sweeten a finished dry cider with honey then keg and carb.

So how do I get the honey to mix into the cider when both are room temp.?

Warm the honey first in a sink of hot water, it'll flow and mix better. I like to mix in a glass vessel so I can see that it's dissolved, then pour into the keg.

Thanks. I was just worried about too much agitation with 02. Maybe I’ll purge the jug with CO2 first.

Nah. Just stir gently. I purge my keg through the liquid port when first connecting it to the CO2 tank. I figure that any O2 that got mixed with the cider is gonna be purged too. Haven't had an oxidized cider yet.
