I have been reading this forum for a while and finally decided to join.
I love beer. Started brewing on a whim with Mr. Beer kit from the wife. I was impatient and it was terrible but I was hooked on the process. I found a local home brew shop and dove head first into Brewers Best HopNog 2012 and it turned out wonderfully. The response on the HopNog was good but most people in my area drink light beers. So to appease the masses and show them I know what I'm doing I'm working on an BB American Light with a BB Belgian IPA on deck. I plan on modifying the Belgian IPA with some sweet orange peel and taking the next step in my hobby. All grain is in my very near future.
Already this forum has answered questions I've had and I look forward to more answers and hopefully soon I'll be able to provide some insight for more people like me.
