I have scoured the internet for a recipe for one of my favorite beers, Dream machine by magic hat. It's an Amber style lager IPA. For me it doesn't fit the IPA mold as it has a fairly strong malty thick body and hop is kinda low profile.
What I did find from magic hats website is the base ingredients and hops used which is great but no yeast or amounts used.
The grains are pale, Munich-20, c-20, c-120
Hops Nugget, cascade
Dry hop Amarillo, sterling
My guess for a 5 gallon batch:
7 lbs Pale
2 lbs Munich 20
1/2 lb c20
1/2 lb c120
Maybe Nottingham yeast?
Anyone else interested in a clone battle?
