Hello from Asheville NC

Guess it's just polite to introduce myself. Been brewing for 'bout 20 years off and on. Know some, could stand to learn a lot.
Laziness and time restraints keep me from really running with the hobby - have a Saison and an Imperial Porter waiting to be bottled, a Pale and a Smoked Porter waiting to be racked over. Enjoy all-grain, but partial mash is easier.

Anyway, glad to be a member.

I've heard a lot of great things about the breweries in Asheville. I myself am in Chapel Hill. One of these weekends I have to head west to check it out.

Don't need to brew. It's more a compulsion.
