i think its a stem fired kettle, but im not shure. it would take one big burner to heat if it wasnt.

its an electric steam jacketed kettle., nice looking unit too., but it would probably take another 500 to 1,500 bucks to add a new steam generator unit. still not a bad looking unit though.
