Free honey...what to make?

Have a source for almost unlimited free honey. Well as much as I can use anyway. I'm looking into mead recipes....any suggestions on beer or mead using honey?

With free and unlimited, try it all !!! I would just go with whatever is in season. And I am quite envious by the way, honey prices are the only thing keeping me from trying to make mead.

Mead mead and more mead!!!! The nice thing is the mead will keep aging in case your unlimited source diminishes
