Just bought 55#'s of Marris Otter and 50# of 2-row.. My first bulk purchase to run through my new Monster Mill... Now what recipe out there really shines the Marris Otter. I've never actually used it but I'm pretty sure i'll like it so i just bought it... Is a brown or maybe an ESb or a mild best for it.. just wanted some thoughts from you guys?
