First batch bottled this morning

Bottled my first ever brew this morning, a Northern Brewer caribou slobber. I tried a taste and was happy to find it was actually pretty good! Basically I'm just another newbie who wants to say how much helpful info I have gotten from reading this forum, its such a great resource. I also got a lot of help from a friend of mine who brews, and who also told me about HBT. Looking forward to many more brews to come.

Good deal! I bottled my first batch today, too. Mine was from a Mr. Beer kit, which ain't fancy but was easy. My mother-in-law, of all people, got the kit for me as a present. I'm already scoping out an all grain setup--because I am nuts, probability.

It's all pretty fun. Happy brewing!
