Hi,
New brewer hailing from Phx, AZ. Active Duty USAF, Originally from So. Cal, spent 7 years stationed in England and became a beer snob. Thank you UK for showing me what good brew is!! Absolutely love anything made by Wychwood Brewery. Which is what brought me to this website =). Ty Orfy for that Hob Clone recipe!! I got that in the Primary right now. :rockin:
My brother-in-law has been home brewing for about a year now and I have been mad jealous of him and his brews. So, me and my wife finally decided to do something about it and found a local home brew store and got started up.
We had brewed two extract kits, a English Brown Ale, and a Dry Irish Stout before I found this site looking for my lovely Hobgoblin recipe! We have already found our next batch form this site as well..
Wychcraft
Looking for a recipe for Goliath, and Fiddler's Elbow if anyone has it =)
