Hey there HBT'ers! So I was going to brew up a batch of BM's Centennial Blonde today, only to find out I have no CaraPils. DOH! Any suggestions for a substitute. I was thinking some extra Vienna, maybe a little Munich? Thoughts? Thanks, and :mug:

I think a little Vienna would be fine. If you have a light crystal (10-15) that would probably due decently as well.

Commonly pro brewers use flaked wheat or flaked barely for head retention/body instead of Carapils because that stuff be expensive yo. If you have one of those on hand, you could easily sub it.
