Braggot recipe feedback

My BIL is a mead maker and wants to collaborate on a Braggot. I'm trying to put together a recipe based of an ESB. Thinking of adding more crystal then usual, and some flaked oats for body. I also have 1# of victory hanging out. Planning on adding 3-4# orange blossom honey, as primary winds down in 2 additions.

Braggot
8# Maris Otter
1.25# medium crystal (english)
.75# flaked oats
1# Victory

1.5-2# honey added when primary slows down around 1.020
1.5-2# honey added 3 days after first addition

Also mash around 152/153 about 75minutes. Bitter with ctz, flavor/aroma with willamette. Approximately 45 ibu
