I brewed once before but I really didn't like how it turned out. I really wanna try again with a blueberry melomel please judge my adapted recipe for 4 gallons:
3.2 gal water
9.5 pounds orange blossom honey in the must 5 lb for backsweetening after stabilization with potassium sorbate (total 14.5 lb, considering making it an even 15 by just making it 10lb in the must)
1.5 c of lemon juice (not sure if I should put this in primary or secondary if in primary i wont use acid blend)
1 packet rc212 yeast I know it has a high nitrogen needs and I have yeast nutrient and energizer, not sure how much to use though.
8 lb blueberries for secondary
