Hey HBT Geniuses!
I am loving my beers on tap right now. Except for one problem...
I jacked up the PSI on my Common to 20 (at 40 f) the other day, and meant to do so for about 24 hours. Forgot about it, and it was on for 48 hours. Now the beer is pouring way too fast, even though I off gassed and set it to serving pressure. I even dropped it below for a day to try and let it simmer down, but to no avail.
Help! Am I missing something, or does it just need time?
