I used it with Strata in a hazy and loved it. The berry notes paired well with that hint of strawberry in strata. I believe I used 4oz strata & 2oz barbe rouge in whirlpool, then another 4oz strata and 2oz barbe rouge dry hop.
That's sounds like a pretty good combo! What did you bitter with?
I had an idea of using them with a touch of Citra or lemon drop in a strawberries and cream hazy. It's gonna sound awful, but I'm using the quaker instant oatmeal packs in them mash.
