I am thinking of brewing this, this weekend and would like some feedback on it.
6 lbs Pilsner DME
8 oz Vienna
8 oz Crystal 10 or a wheat
1/2 oz Mangum - 60 mins
1/2 Willamette - 10 mins
1/2 Willamette - flameout
WLP 060
Steep grains for 25 minutes, add 3 lbs DME, and start 60 minute boil. Add hops at specified intervals and remaining DME at flameout. Three weeks primary, keg condition one week.
