BasicBrewing on YouTube. They have a podcast too and an app you can download. I like fasthomebrew, genus brewing, and claw hammer supply on YouTube as well.
I prefer video podcasts but there are precious few of them around... Basic Brewing Video and Beersmith Video are my go-to channels. When I do listen to audio podcasts its Experimental Homebrewing by Denny Conn and Drew Beechum (they do have a YouTube channel but it's not updated as often as the podcast. I used to listen to the Brewing Network and Jamil Zainasheff but for some reason they lost favor with me.
So I guess the forum software is afraid of bad language, but imagine "poopy" in the above URL is replaced with the more common adult version of the word.
What about vendor blogs? For me, http://blog.brewingwithbriess.com/ has provided a couple of articles per year that have had a positive impact on how I brew.
