Anyone have any information or already entered LD Carlson's Acid Blend in Beersmith?
My local water supply comes out of the tap at a PH of 9.5 and I believe that it has been killing my efficiencies so I want to try adding Acid Blend as well. I am planning on adding 1 tsp of 5.2 stabilizer and 1 tsp of acid blend and see if that helps. I would like some way to record and track the results in BS, and am looking for the specs.
