Hi all,
I'm an Aussie and member of AHB. Since HBT are now our new overlords, I thought I'd sign up here.
I've outlined on a post on AHB my 2 pot (we get these 5 gallon pots for $20 AUD from a cheap department store), with bucket in bucket lauter.
Thought I'd share the love here with the youtube videos of it I just put together.
This isn't designed to be a definitive post on the method, nor is the method the 'duck's nuts' of all methods. It is designed to demonstrate that a budget system producing award winning AG beer can be created with a little ingenuity.
How to make bucket in bucket lauter
Heating strike water
Mashing in including getting rid of lots of dough balls
[ame="http://youtu.be/eGQez8Lj1Qo"]Lauter and sparge[/ame]
[ame="http://youtu.be/fv4xoeV7HXw"]around 6 gallons of unboiled wort on the stove[/ame]
