I have heard of someone taking a shed and insulating that with reflective foam then cooling with A/C for bigger storage. Might be able to go the same route be use a cheap used mini fridge and a temp controller.

I just brewed an IPA and did 1oz of Cascade and 1oz of Simcoe every 5 mins starting at 20 mins until flame out and it smells amazing. Just racked to the secondary and dry hopped with 3oz of Citra. Keg this weekend...wish I could dive into the fermenter and swim around.

This happened to me last night when I cold crashed my beer to 34 degrees. Check out the photo...looks like a black and tan but sanitizer, IPA, Trub/Yeast. I racked the IPA into the secondary leaving the sanitizer layer alone and leaving quarter of an inch of IPA behind in the primary. Smells...
