I’m using yeast balls I was wondering about that myself once I get the liquid if adding fruit then would work. Also wondering if I should make two totally different wines and blend them.

    Rice wine with fruit

Planning on making a batch of rice wine with and adding blueberries into it. Just don’t know when to add the blue blueberries. Would I add them at primary or let the wine age on the fruit?

    Any ideas

I have about 8lbs of tomatoes, 3lbs of cherries, medium watermelon, and two small dew melons. Along with the normal wine making cabinet yeast, tannin, acid blend, etc. So I'm open for ideas... Also just to list every thing I have available roughly 1 1/2lbs of fresh cascade hops. Which I know...

    My bucket list

Holy crap that's a lot of beer... Most I've brewed at once was 49 gallons and that was for my wedding. I promised myself I'd never do that again unless it was in a brewery. I don't think I can do 90 the wife would kill me. Good luck bottling

    Pranking my buddy

I went with the NA beer and dumped about 3oz of random hops I had in the fridge. Wife looked at me funny until I told her what I was doing. Hops where Zeus, Cascade, Amarillo, and Citra I believe. Should be a pleasant tasting beer lol. Had some Chinook hops but didn't want to waste them on him...

    Pranking my buddy

I have a good friend that's comes over to the house a lot. No big deal on that part he helps me brew beer and helps around the house. When he leaves he loads up an empty six pack holder of my beer. Good part is he always brings the bottles back. We're always playing jokes/pranks on each other...
