So in a way I ended up with about 400 give or take a few I’ve eaten fortune cookies. Anyone got an idea or if it’s possible to brew anything out of them.

Or feed them to a flock of superstitious preschoolers.
Seriously, I'd like to hear what someone who's done something similar says.

Do these fortune cookies come with fortunes that include winning lottery numbers?

Otherwise, crush them up and substitute them for oats in a recipe with oates.

Or . . . . . Check out the thread where brewer uses corn flakes.

That's kinda what i was thinking about the corn flake beer. Yes they do have fortunes in them by the way.

I would be worried about what preservatives and chemicals may be in them. I doubt the packaging contains enough info to know. Hate a ruin a batch of beer over $4 equivalent of adjuncts.
