    New smoker

My old smoker is about dead and I found this on sale at sears for $150 so I figured I would give it a try. I haven’t used a gas smoker in over 15 years but I must say it did a really good job on my ribs. Need to dial it in and get more smoke out of it but the temperature holds really well for...

New brew room in the works.

Well with all the wine kits and the recent group buy it was time to expand. My current brew room is for just fermenting and storage, all the brewing is done outside or in the basement. The new room will be a one stop shop for brewing, storage, fermenting and getting away from the kids! Old room...

    Keggle or 20 gallon Blichmann

I have everything for doing 10 gallon batches except for a bigger pot. On Blichmanns site they say to use a 20 gallon pot for 10 gallon batches. Where most here seem to use a keggle. But a keggle is what 15 gallons or so? And if so any issues with 90 or 120 minute boils and the pre-boil volumes...
