Thanks for responses. I will use it in boil. A few pounds and see how it works. Im relatively new. Maybe 10 brews and had some serious fails but the latest Oktoberfest turned out great and my peach fruit stand with 10 lbs of fresh peaches has received great feedback. :cask:

Man! I just ran across this post. My son was stationed in Schweinfurt and when we went over for his wedding, he took me to Kreuzberg. I walked up the hill but I stumbled back. Best I've ever had! Now you all have me wanting it but I need more practice first! Thanks for the memory!

Always told to use secondary but judging from what I read here my fruit stand beer is the only one I need it in. Live n learn!

Im brewing a fruit brew that I got and added peaches and followed all directions and recipes. Added peaches after soaking in vodka. Sat for a few weeks. Today I am separating peaches, checked with hydrometer and it says abv is zero. It fermented for around 3 days but I didnt get sg before...
