Want to move from 5 to 10 gallon batches. Any recommendations oh wise ones of the brew community?

Hey guys and gals. I made a simple kolsch using WLP029 yeast. Fermented it 3 weeks in primary at room temp which is around 75 degrees. Cold crashed and racked it into a keg. I was under the impression that this needs to lager in my keezer for 4 weeks. When I took the FG i tried the sample.....it...

What flavors will change when fermentation is complete to carb?

Hey guys and gals. I am just curious about how the flavor changes from taking a sample when transferring a keg to a finished carbed up beer a week later. I tried a pale ale and it seems really bitter and dry....which is sort of good. But at the same time it isn't great. Will carbing change...

Hey guys. Just got into homebrewing. I am hooked. Picked up a Robobrew v3.1. Should arrive in a week. Wondering if there is a go to beer to make. I have made a simple table beer that turned out meh, a belgian blonde that needs a little more time to rest, and a hefeweizen thats fermenting all...
