    Transfer high carb brew into bottles?

    I can't find any info on this. Can i use my beer gun to transfer a beer with 4 vol of CO2 into bottles only rated up to 3? I would think it would be be fine since fermentation is done and the beer is already carbed. Am I wrong?

    Saccharification Temp Range

    While using Brewers Friend, I can adjust the FG by moving my saccharification temps a bit. I've generally stayed in the 150-155 range (more towards the top end to increase body) and have found the results to be pretty good. I'm wondering how many of you tweak this stage and how far you wander...

    Mouthfeel/Body

    After moving to all grain, I've been able to make some pretty tasty gf brews. But, the thing that is lacking the most is the mouthfeel/body. Recently, I brewed 2 IPAs with the same grist and yeast (S04), but one had 18% GF rolled oats and the other had none. I was expecting big difference...

    I haven't been able to find anything, but is there GF Oat Malt available? Or a good oat malt substitute? I'm a celiac, so I can't risk the cross contamination...boooo
