Has anyone tried Legacy hops in a wheat beer? I have been thinking with the BlackBerry and orange flavor it is supposed to produce it may pair nicely. I have my first batch using this hops in fermentation. So have not taisted yet but have lots more to use. Any insight on it would be great thanks.

OK here is my dilemma. I set my regulator at 9 thru 10lbs. It holds there great a few days then bam it drops down to like 4lbs. What causes chill haze? I made a IPA that is clear in the bottle but after chilling it gets hazey. I didn't use any irish moss or wirlflock by the way.
